Freezing bananas

Did you know you can freeze bananas? I learned this a few years ago, and was reminded to put it down as a lesson learned by Laren. Once bananas get to that browning point and too soft to taste good, they are perfect for banana bread and more in baking. Just throw them in the freezer until you have time to use them, then just thaw them a little before throwing them in the ingredients.
